Guardala Business is DOWN!

I have had 2 emails over the past few weeks of deals NOT made with Dave Guardala, thanks to growing awareness of Guardala's Scam and Fraud sites.

I know I will never see a penny from that cheat, but do feel a great sense of pride when I know I helped stop his ongoing rampage on the saxophone community.

Check the BLOG for the latest - 2 new phone numbers and a new email address have been added.

Beware - Dave Guardala has not stopped his attack on you and I. But, be comforted knowing that he is no longer getting to the web friendly folks like you and I.

I hope he is locked up soon, but know he is not, yet. SOON??

SAXBOY

Hey Honkytone - If your favorite music store was closing the doors because Dave cleaned the bank accounts, would you feel different? If your high school buddy was loosing his house over Dave's stealing, lets say 100 grand; would you feel different. I'm not sure where it belongs, but know that real people need a little warning to keep from an unnecessary life disaster. I know I would have really appreciated one! Not baggin on you - just thinkin....

Keep the faith

To Greg and everyone spreading the word:

I am very much relieved that information about Dave has been passed around and that some people are spared from this scam. Thank God.

Dave has certainly messed up my life for years to come. I'll recover, but this event is sure to be a defining factor in my life.

We learn from an early age to work hard and hope for the best. We learn to reach out and trust. We try to help others and we thank those who have helped us. All these basic tenents has been violated by DG, and that's the real crime. I'm sure he'll get get what he deserves.

His life, regardless of how much money he gets must be pure hell. Just imagine who would be his friend. Just imagine how hard he has to work to hide. Imagine how he spends all of his day making up lies. Well Dave, I hope you're having fun waiting for the hammer to fall. It surely will one day.

To everyone, please remember what it is that is real value in this life: love of family, love of fellow man, love of our art. Embrace the light; keep away from the darkness.

Best wishes to all,
Crescent.

Here, I'll throw in some of my two pence.
Look at the two following links, both to companies made by Dave Guardala.

http://www.seravia.com/corporation/new-york/dave-guardala-reeds-inc-1y5xecdrez

http://www.seravia.com/corporation/new-york/dave-guardala-mouthpieces-inc-23m2vh0mq3?q=dave+guardala

If you look at Dave Guardala Reeds Incorporated, it says that the company is dead and was subject to Dissolution by Proclamation / Annulment of Authority which, while I'm no lawyer, but I googled those terms and it brought me to NY state tax laws, and from what I read he didn't pay some sort of foreign tax, so the company was closed down.

The second link says that Dave Guardala Mouthpieces Incorporated is live. Odd, eh? Things get weirder.

http://www.seravia.com/trademarks/world?r=1&q=dave+guardala

According to the list of Dave's trademarks, all of his trademarks; DG, Fatboy, and Dave Guardala, are all dead. So, the Dave Guardala name isn't protected anymore. But, when you look at his patents...

http://www.seravia.com/patents/world?r=1&q=dave+guardala

His mouthpieces, or at least two of them, are patent protected and those patents still are in effect.

Just throwing that out there, hope someone reads this.
