unless one has a crystal ball it would be impossible to say from here if the numbers are invisible ( and I cannot see them in the pictures).
Also this could have been altered and wouldn’t be wise to trust whatever it was written.
I understand the money is very little but once you have refaced it and cleaned it up you won’t necessarily have a better mouthpiece than one you bought off the shelf ( even hand made one).
Its an educated guess and I believe it is actually correct. How I know is from observation, obviously, since the few pictures are all we have to go on, but there is more behind that.
And I figured SMS because it is probably European. Just guesswork, really, but there is a lot of information in a picture if you know what to look for.
