40€ for a gizmo that "allows" you to play with your lips open? No way!
A teacher of mine told me to practice making a sound with the horn keeping my upper lip raised up and uncovering my front teeth: nice that you remembered me that, because it was a worthy exercise. It does the same job as the Aurus7 (they had 6 models before?) at a price point of... 0€ and no shipping costs.

Oh, in any case (Aurus7 or raised lip) prepare yourself to clean some spit around your practice room

I had it for two weeks now. It does wonders for me. I received my MM in sax Performance two years ago, and I'm still constantly working on to improve my air stream. But the Aurus7 took it further and made multiple times better.
    1. It makes you blow "correctly"- relaxed, just enough tension.
    2. The quality of the air stream is very important. Warm fast air is the way to go for me. Aurus7 helped me to get that instantly.
    3. It also made my embouchure a bit looser. it was a little too tight before.
    4. Additionally, relaxing the embouchure also relaxed my fingers more. I'm playing with much less tension, or I should say just enough tension.

I think it's a great product. However, it is a expensive for something that costs less than 2 dollars to make in China, but it's the design that helps.

I had doubts with it before, and I thought about the Allard " keeping the upper lip raise, uncovering the upper teeth practice". But after trying it, it's not the same. Not even close.

    I recommend it!
