    I misinterpreted "classic" to mean "vintage". I haven't participated in an ensemble or symphony for quite some time, and that would have been in high school. At that time, I was playing a:

    MVII alto with a CS-80 C*, and a Rico 3.5 or 4.

    Pardon me, I think I see an old friend on the veranda...<quick exit>

    Well, his soprano Berg would be able to play classical if any Berg can, 55 medium closed tip, 3 with no baffle. I thought at one time about trying a mouthpiece like this.
    Soprano: New soprano coming soon; Alto: Noblet "Face" model (Beaugnier ?);
    Vintage C-Mel Tenor project: Evette-Schaeffer, Buffet-Crampon Clarinet: Yamaha

    As of now, I do all of my classical playing on tenor. My setup is as follows:

    > Saxophone: Eastman Un-Lacquered Tenor Sax
    > Neck: The stock neck the saxophone came with
    > Mouthpiece: Vandoren Optimum T4
    > Ligature: Stock ligature
    > Reed: Vandoren Blue Box Strength 4

    That is my current setup, but I will be replacing my tenor with a new one at some point within the next year or two. The Eastmans are not bad, but I find that they do not produce a totally full sound, at least for me. The do, however, leak easily and find themselves in need of repair more often than other horns.
