Helen over at bassic-sax.info has a great playing stand from Paul Coats from Saxrax and the deepschrott gents have nice stands as well. When I contacted Paul he said he Helen's was a one off and he's not making any stands for playing while standing up. So my question is what are you all using for standing playing stand? My harnesses and neck straps work but a stand will make it much easier to play for extended periods as you might imagine.
While I don't have any photos, a friend modified his normal sax stand (unsure of brand) and combined it with a drummer's cymbal stand. The drum gear is very sturdy and highly adjustable. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I'm sure you get the idea.
I use the playing stand made bx Andreas Kaling http://http://andreas-kaling.de/index.php/bass-sax-playingstand for both baritone and Bass saxophone. It is the most flexible and stable stand I have used. It is heavy and well worth the Money (around 300 €).
Try the "On-stage" tall sax stand. It's not promoted for your purpose, but one of those and a $3 strip of velcro works great for me. The velcro is not necessary but prudent nonetheless
