Yes, exactly. And it is a passionately and sweetly sounding horn, a 'The Buescher' (true tone) made in 1918. I love the sound of this alto, mine is from 1921.

Buescher served Lyon & Healy with saxophones from ca. 1917 to 1923. He certainly was a reliable but at last a fussy contractual partner, as we soon will see.

Just noting and supporting what others have posted on in the past....there are a few L&H horns currently on the auction site that look like they may sell for very low prices! I have no connection to the sellers, but I'm always interested in just how forgotten these horns have become:

I have a Lyon & Healy "American Professional" bass sax (buescher) which was totally restored and plays great. Do you have any idea how many bass saxes were made by Buescher for L&H? I do not see many of these around compared to other conn and buescher stencils.

The third one ... seems to be some kind of mistake, since the pictures are of a Bundy, not a Lyon & Healy.
The pictures show an alto saxophone made by the Elkhart Band Instrument Co. in the mid thirties (Buescher body and keywork) stencilled by Lyon&Healy.

In reading my last post again now, it just occurred to me that it could come across as disrespectful or sarcastic. If anyone took it that way, please be assured that was not my intent. I was being completely serious - I am somewhat technologically inept, and I was really wondering if it was possible that somehow I was managing to be looking at the wrong listing.
In any case, I emailed the seller of the item asking if the listing was correct and stating the sax looked like a Bundy to me. She responded stating that she would correct the listing. I just checked the listing, and it now says the sax is a Bundy.

... the sax looked like a Bundy to me. ... it now says the sax is a Bundy.
Well observed. Anyway it is a Buescher saxophone, 'Bundy' is just a brand, no manufacturer.

Yes, Bundy was/is of course Selmer USA's student line, which prior to their acquisition of Buescher consisted of stencils by various makers including Buescher, Conn and Keilwerth. What I had not been aware of prior to your post (#10) was that this Bundy model had also existed as an "Elkhart Made By Buescher" (if I'm not mistaken, Model 20A for the alto, 30A tenor), since I have never had one of those Elkharts and never have researched it's history. So, really, we were in agreement as to what the horn actually is, our only difference being what name is stenciled on the bell. The only Elkhart I have pre-dates (I think) Buescher's acquisition of Elkhart. It has an octave lever mechanism that's shaped like a horseshoe or wishbone that I have not seen on any other saxes. I have not been able to find any information about it. In another thread you mentioned a connection between Couturier and Elkhart, which I did not know about. Have you elaborated on that in another post? (If you have, I haven't found it yet.) I'm very interested to learn more about that. And, of course, thank you so much for all the work you have put into researching these otherwise nearly forgotten/ignored saxes, and sharing that knowledge with us. If it wasn't for you (and a few of the other regular contributors here), I would know far less about my Holtons, and nothing about Couturier saxes.
