That fox wasn't even there on the day of the shoot, he just sent along a stuffed fox as his stand in and filmed his bits later . Me, I had to be up at 5am to drive the Contra down to South London for first call at 7:30am! At that angle the low pads on the contra were closing under their own weight, breathing was a challenge and the intonation needed some care! On the other hand that mug on the floor contained a nice cup of tea!
Depends what the question meant It is my Contrabass, and I do play it with the National Saxophone Choir, so in one sense yes, but in another no as the Choir themsleves don't own a Contrabass. As far as I know I have the only Contra in the UK, certainly the only one of Benedikts that he's sold to the UK.
Nice one Dave - never been a great lover of Old Speckled Hen, but I'm certainly a fan of the Contrabass...
