  • Dexter Gordon in Finland 1971

As a young guy I was lucky to meet and photograph Dexter Gordon when he was playing a gig in Finland, Vaasa Youth Festival on 19 June 1971. Dexter is still one of my favorite sax players.

More jazzy pictures from the festival in my blog: http://wp.me/p1jVlh-f2.

Re: Has Anyone's Life Been Changed by Plastic Reeds?

Re: Sharpen your pitchforks...(a LeFreque-y experience)

Yeah, but a Silversonic is an entire sax and a coveted one at that. You can play it and it looks and sounds so good that alone will make you feel better than play some old beater of a student horn....

Getting email notifications I didn't used to get.

Hi. For some reason, I'm getting email notifications when someone quotes me. I didn't get these previously. I went to the settings page> general and didn't see any way to turn this off. Thanks!
