Default NAshville Charts

I remember seeing something about this some time ago, but I can't find the information from a search of the forum.

What is the relationship between Nashville Charts and regular type charts with guitar/piano chord notations? How do I transpose (?) these?

I am supposed to back up a singer from Nashville and this is how she sent her charts.

Thanks

Randy

You shouldn't have to transpose charts based on the Nashville number system -- I am assuming that that is what you are referring to.

They are based on numbers representing scale degrees or chord position.

Thanks. This was posted a few days ago, and then, being the brilliant guy that I am, I realized after seeing the charts what was meant. Actually, I would prefer this method of chord structure all the time, as opposed to having to transpose chords, just seems to be simpler.

again, thanks
