Hi Pete! I hope you are getting better now.....we couldn't do without one of the best coppers in town around here. Hope this is not going to affect your great playing too much.

Pete, hope you recover soon!!....I would like to submit something but had to track down all of the stuff to do it with. I bought another house in June and have been moving ever since. It's amazing how much stuff you lose when you start looking for it after a move. Now I'm in Jersey with the wife visiting her family (her sister got married), and will be here for 10days.

    Nice job by everyone!

    Thanks for doing this Pete!

Unbelievable that out of 1000's of members only 21 of us took advantage of this unique opportunity.

Isn't having a smoking section in a restaurant like having a peeing section in a swimming pool?

I don't hear Pete complaining about this.

Wow...could you imagine tracking down every member here?

We could connect all of the tracks together. It would be like an Allman Brothers song.

Yeah, where are all the "Distinguished Members"? I think it's great of Hak to do it, but I want to hear all the big posters like Carl H., Gary, Grumps, Carbs, Bandmommy, etc.

To my ears, Frank D. is the MAN! I always want to hate on Guardala mouthpieces, but so often, in a blues or rock setting, the really get my attention.

Whoa, all the takes have been good, but this is my favorite so far.

Frank, you hit all the "money" notes, man. Mikalto, I love your original approach and the Desmond-like sound. tanbark813, you and I listened to the same people coming up and stole a lot of the same licks And A Train I like the way you worked the same motif through the I and IV

Thanks for the kind words Budget, and I agree I'd like to hear some of the other guys (and gals) whose names are so familiar.

And finally thanks again to Pete, not only for the work involved in putting this together, but for coming up with the concept in the first place.

Thanks guys! I'll echo that everyone sounded great on all 4 takes. And Pete - thanks so much for doing this, and for coming up with the fantastic idea!
