Wondering how much I could sell this rare mouthpiece for? Any ideas? Comes with original ligature and cap.

Nah. He played a Link…
He played a Tone Master Otto Link in the old days, but it looks like he used a Berg later in his career:

Mouthpiece condition counts. If it looks good and is completely original you could expect the max value.
