Default Grand Terrace Rhythm - the Orange Devils Big Band live at the Trane Studio

Just thought I'd try posting a track from a recent gig to see how Soundcloud works.

Soundclicks works fine and your band also . I love that style, unfortunately not played much anymore. What instrument did you play in this recording? Thanks for sharing.

I'm playing lead alto, as well as the clarinet leads in the ensemble passages.

Beautiful stuff Merlin...I kinda like how you guys play it a little "drier" than originally...no ensemble vibratos...two beat bass leaving some empty space in the beat. That's got to appeal to the edjamacated ear right there.

If anyone wants to check this track out, you'd better hurry. I'll be removing the link at the end of April.
