Selmer made metal mouthpieces years ago (like, early last century) to go with their very fine metal clarinets, but they were by no means "brash". There may be others, but the material the mouthpiece is made of is no indicator of its playing characteristics. Look for a mouthpiece the maker claims is a jazz model.
First, you need to know that the material the mouthpiece is made out of does not effect the tone. It is the internal shape of the mouthpiece that is important. A mouthpiece with a higher baffle would like give you a brighter tone.
One good choice is to find a Rico Metalite mouthpiece for clarinet. These plastic mouthpieces have a very nice raised baffle. And to me, they product a brighter sax-like tone. Rico has not made these for several years now, but you can sometimes find them on eBay. I own two of them.
There are other choices too. I use an old Vintage crystal mouthpiece that has a bright tone.
lakey clarinet mpc is extremly bright and powerfull. runyon jazz model too. try a rico plasticover reed also
