Bad Barone Service Experience

I feel obliged to relate my experience.

I am bitterly disappointed with my Barone service experience. My MP took 7 days to arrive. When I order from Tower Hobbies in Illinois, the parcel arrives in six days, so what the **** is going on at the Barone HQ??? Somebody tell me why a parcel from NY to Melbourne Australia should take 7 days, please and it was sent International Priority. It couldn't possibly be the postal service, could it? Maybe the fact that a letter from the other side of my own country takes a week to arrive could be to blame? Hell no! Phil wasted a day popping it in the mail and for that he should be condemned. That is just plain bad service.

Well I dared to do it Pete, even if it is less than serious.

Gee, a week's time to receive a mouthpiece doesn't seem very long at all. Remember, Phil Barone hand-finishes every mouthpiece. That takes some time too.

It couldn't possibly be the postal service, could it?

Are you kidding? We have terrible problems with our postal service. If you're really in a hurry, there are faster options than Priority Mail, such as Express Mail and FedEx.
