There's a group from here in the Houston area (a sextet) who goes to churches and does jazz arrangements of traditional hymns and other favorites. They're called Jazz Sunday so it may been the same group. They asked me to sub in for a gig in College Station but I had other obligations. I've bought some charts off of them for use in my own church though. They have 4 CD's out. Good group.
