A very close friend of mine came to me with a Buffet Eb Clarinet he wants me to sell for him. Its Pre 1900 however it is in VERY playable condition with a nice tone.
If it were somewhat modern I would be able to price it easier than what it is now. It would make a great doubler's Effer. It's got a good tone and a scale that is in the ballpark (for an effer)
I havent looked it over much yet but the pad job was done about a year ago and any other issues were resolved then - might of had a tiny cracked - however it was fixed.
Anybody have a clue on value on this?
It is a player. - My Buddy (GREAT clarinetist) I heard go up to 3rd register C on it. Ya High - HIGH C on an effer - couldn't believe it.
