    Default custom 9 vs 12

    Would a #12 custom play very much louder than a 9.?I have a Bionix12 and a delrin quantum 12 and Like the custom much better. This is on tenor. I play mostly r&b and would like to have more volume when I need it at times.I also have a 7 custom and find that it is too small. I play customs on alto and soprano as well and can do well with smaller facings - a 5 on alto and a 6 on soprano.

    from my experience, bigger size mpc might sound softer and looser if u dont have that support to play it. Get a size which ur comfortable with it.
