    Thanks for the reply. I did what you said, tightened the screws of all of the keyguards and added a couple corks on the horn and no more noise. Thanks again!

    I have found this problem recently on this old tenor i'm trying out.
    whenever i play a middle E there's this noise.

  20. Help! hard time getting a high F# on Tenor

    I'm having a hard time getting a high F# to sound clear.

    I can hit the note but i can't hold on it for a long time without it squeaking or going higher. Is it an embouchure problem or something...
