It's arrived today. I don't want to get too excited yet but it's good!

No yet. I placed my on the 3rd. Eric told me to expect delivery within 1 to 2 weeks.

I'll also need about week on the piece before I get used to playing it but I'll post my impressions for sure.

Hi Rory, thx for your nice comments about my video! Regarding your request for the topic of transferring practice room gains to the stage, that is certainly a worthy topic & I have been thinking about it. Do you have my Practice Like The Pros book--in there is my exercise about the "shadow tone", how to listen for it & use that perception to improve tone quality. I would also say to practice in an acoustically dead room, that way you'll always sound better on the gig (kind of like swinging with 2 bats as a warmup). There are other things you can do also.
