Thank you for being a wealth of saxophone knowledge, and an all-around great guy. I really appreciate the afternoon we spent chatting over skype. I learned a lot about the history of the saxophone and it really filled in some gaps for me. Rest in peace.

    Hello saintsday,

It appears you have the reputation as the Buescher guy. I was wondering if you had some time to check out a big b alto for me? The item didn't sell on eBay, but the seller is willing to sell to me as a private sale. Looks good, like the story behind it, but the rollers are black, making me question it a little bit. He told me this is a one owner all original. I even questioned him about the rollers. Is it possible they are original?

    eBay Item : 271707326543

    What is a good price?

    Thanks, Jim

John, been a while but we bought a Buescher 400 for my daughter a few yrs ago. Everything is great. No issues.

Chris Burge is looking for a loaner Bari for a gig at the RnR HoF in May. He should be looking for U himself. Just a heads up if U have a lead on a Bari Chris could use, rent, borrow, steal. LOL

    Hi John

Hope you're fine. Thought of you recently as I have been playing my daughter's old Vito sax (that you sent my way couple of years back)... tone is so sweet that I think I'm going to have it overhauled although she actually uses a YAS-23 at the moment. I like this old Vito.... to practice my bari parts, it feels similar.

Quick question: did some Couesnon Monopoles (Marcel Mule model, around 10xxx SN) come without RTH in your experience?

Nice Couesnon family picture on the 2011 sax calendar BTW.
Check out the ones my friend has on consignment (even in France they don't fetch high prices)

    Hi John
I bought a silver plated Couesnon (with a new rebuild) from you some time back off ebay. Absolutely stunning horn. Regretably, I am having to sell it due to financial reasons and was wondering if it would be OK to use your name in my ad?

    hi saintsday,
do you remember me? you sold me the couesnon tenor(which i sold again 'cause the tuning and the low tones were really trouble).
i'm looking for a buescher big b or 156 tenor. i remember you swarmed about the tone of these.
do you have some in stock that you sell or could maybe give me some advice?
    best regards
