Education:
In the 8th grade I started taking formal lessons on saxophone from Don Rafell who was a fairly well known studio jazz saxophonist in Los Angeles. In high school I also studied with sax greats Don Menza, Terry Harrington, and Warne Marsh. From 1982 I worked 25 years straight in the showrooms of Las Vegas including 13 years at the Stardust Hotel with the "Lido de Paris" and "Enter the Night" orchestras. Worked with Tom Jones, Paul Anka, Johnny Mathis, Cher, Diana Ross, The Temptations, The 4 Tops, and many others.
