    With no proof that you got the horn, paypal should refund your money. You may need to wait 45 days however. I have never heard of the brand but surely it is a cheap horn from Asia.

    My alto is the exact same horn. The long flat key near E is the high F#, pretty common. The palm lever extending near the high E is for opening high palm Eb. This can be used as a C or C# to D trill....
