I sent a mouthpiece to be refaced 6 weeks ago. I e-mailed him as to when to expect it back and have not heard from him. Not sure what to think. Does it take 6 weeks to reface a piece????

I've had many pieces done by JVW. Each one took about 2 months because he has quite a waiting list. Also he's going thru some personal stuff so you might want to cut him a little slack. 6 weeks doesn't seem like an unusual amount of time. Be patient , you'll be more than happy with the end result.
