Newbe Help

Hello! I just purchased a used curved soprano sax. It is in excellent condition. I am having trouble deciding on what kind of mouthpiece and ligature to purchase. I don't understand a lot of the terminology, such as chambers, diminsions, tip openings, etc. I played an alto in school, but it wasn't that difficult to buy a mouthpiece for it. If you could give me any suggestions or explanations, it would help tremendously.
