If anyone has a re-angled bass clarinet neck (one that would work with a Selmer 37), I would be interested in purchasing this.

As far as I know the necks of the 37 model and the newer Privilege model are interchangable. If I remember right, a player told me he uses his old neck from the 37 he used to play on his new Privilege because he prefers the angle. I also know a player who chose his Privilege bass clarinet at the Selmer factory and he chose a less angled neck (which I think is identical to the one of the 37 model). Basically I write all this as a desclaimer to explain that I'm not 100% sure on this, but I'm almost sure that if you buy a new neck for the Privilege model it should fit. Just in case ask Selmer Paris, or get a dealer to find out for you, plus they can order the neck (I don't think you can do it directly).

I am assuming you are looking for a neck with the steeper angle. You can order one from any authorized Selmer dealer. This is from the Selmer Accesory catalogu (found on the Conn-Selmer site. I bought one of these a few years ago and love it. It works great. I prefer it over the stock version for response and tone.
53° Bass Clarinet Neck from Selmer (Paris)
In addition to the standard 32° bass clarinet neck, Selmer (Paris) now
offers a 53° version that fits both models 35 and 37. For aftermarket sales
only, the 53° neck features a more compact design, keeping the instrument
closer to the body while setting the mouthpiece angle similar to that of a
Bb clarinet. The 53° neck keeps the basic instrument acoustics intact while
offering less resistance and allowing more high overtones.

If you don't want to pay $1300 (!!!) for a new neck, I can re-angle your existing neck for $150.

Hello
Selmer Paris bass clarinet neck silver plated.
It's a large bent (53°). This neck in designed according to the angle of the previous Selmer Paris bass clarinets models.
There are minor scratches, no dents.
The pad and the cork are perfect.

I have a brand new unused Selmer one that came with my Privilege available.
I bought the more traditional neck which I prefer.

Mine is the extreme angled Bay style Selmer neck like the current Buffet one. It is completely unmarked and mint.
