Personally I think that the best mouthpieces for clarinet are the cristal ones. You must to try with much care, but the sound perfect in tune, warm, etc. I have a GG italian, and a Cosme Pomárico. The Selmers are great too. Normally are closer, but if you use with Vandoren classic (blue pack) are excelent for classical or jazz. Best wishes.

Kenny,
I wonder if it could be a Richard Hawkins mouthpiece. Here's a link to Hawkins' web site. See if your mouthpiece appears to be similar to the ones he has pictured. Also, you might be able to contact him to ask him about the mouthpiece.

Richard Hawkins is a highly respected mouthpiece maker...especially, in classical clarinet circles. I tried one of his mouthpieces and it was truly superb. But, I felt that the Walter Grabner mouthpieces I have are a better match for me.
If this is one of Richard Hawkins' mouthpieces, you have a great mouthpiece. I cannot help but wonder how it came to be on the old clarinet? Curious!
Good luck!
Roger
