Sorry, I can't help.
I used to play this song in my old quintet on soprano 28 years ago. Borrow one, the melody plays itself.

Marty is right, its a simple melody, you should be able to transcribe it or play it by ear (just trial and error the pitches, take it section by section, slow it down, all the usual things)

:o Not to sound negative or anything... This is my first year so I CAN NOT PLAY IT BY EAR yet. I realy need the music.

Understood YamahaAltoPlayer, If I had the score I would give it to you, but I don`t, so I can`t.
But here is an interesting thing (perhaps), if you can`t tell whether you have the right notes or not when trying to work it out by ear, then what does it matter? (you wont know if it`s wrong or not, right?)
However, I think you would notice the wrong notes, and the reason you don`t think you can work it out by ear is because when you try it doesn`t sound right, right?
If so your ears are working properly and working it out by trial and error, note by note, bar by bar, section by section will work for you, just notate the pitches on the stave/staff without any rhythm (just put them in a sequence, dont worry about bar lines and durational values)
You can do it, just dont get overwhelmed or be negative about it etc (or impatient).
Again, sorry I don`t have the music, but look on the bright side, you have an opportunity to develop some essential skills :-)

All,
Please read the post. I don't mean to offend anyone but a fellow Sax player wants this song. He doesn't want "its so easy to figure it out" or "here is the midi". He asked for it in finale notepad. If you have it send it to him. If you don't have it, please don't post. We are scaring our young Sax players from posting!
When I first picked up the Sax several years ago I remember people giving me the run around, of figure it out or its in this book. If you don't have don't post please. I don't want to offend anyone but I don't want to discourage our next generation of Sax players from posting.
I felt so bad for yahamasaxplayer. I figured it out in Finale Notepad. Just private message me your e-mail. I will send it to you.

Do we really need to help someone who doesn't even want to try to do it on their own?
No offense to yamahasaxplayer, but seriously, if you give someone whatever they want without question, you're telling them two things:
1) You can get whatever you want with minimal effort
2) You are unable to do this for yourself
Those are both terrible things.
So, yamahasaxplayer, I'm telling you, you CAN do it. Whether you're willing to put in the time it takes is a different story- but you CAN do it. I'm not attacking you, but maybe it can be a lesson, because nobody can do your practicing for you.

I need it for the chords, not for the melody, I can figure that out.

I need it for the chords, not for the melody, I can figure that out.
The chords are not much more difficult than the melody- first write out what the bass is doing, and go from there. Say the bass is an F, sit at the piano and try every quality of F chord, if you have to. The easiest way, once you know the bass line, is to sing the 3rd and see if its major or minor. Then do the same with the 7th. Voila, you've got your chord.
Plus doesn't "Feels So Good" have that intro with the guitar? That might be a good place to check out the chords.
Don't take it the wrong way, but anyone CAN figure all this out if they really want to, barring certain things like bad quality audio.

Original key is F, I think.
edit: bracketed chords like [IIm7(b5) V7] indicate "of the following chord," so in this case (if it's indeed in F,) it would be Em7b5 A7b9 going to Dm (the VI chord.)

:o Not to sound negative or anything... This is my first year so I CAN NOT PLAY IT BY EAR yet. I realy need the music.
?????
I can not see how this is possible, you develop your ears first anyway listening to music. sure it comes in handy when you know how to read music but it
sounds to me you are very much underestimating your own abillity to hear the notes. Take your time and figure them out, use the pause button after every two or three notes if you have to. It may seem like it takes forever to figure it out but in the end you'll learn to play it by heart much faster than just by reading the music.
reading is only a means to an end and in the end we're all earplayers anyway.

I hope you enjoy the sheet music and midi file I sent. I sent the sheet music in Finale format. Let me know if you need anything else. I am here to help.
On another note
I really didn't mean to offend people but this blog does not say tell me about how to figure out a song or give me feed back on how easy the song is. Yamahaaltoplayer ask for the sheet music. Ask and you shall receive. ENJOY!

Rob... I applaud your good hearted nature, in doing ALL the work for this young sax player... but .. giving him a source to a midi.. that has ALL the notes in it.. apart from doing what you did.. that's pretty darn close to doing all the work.
" give a man a fish.. he will eat for a day.. Teach a man to fish.. he will eat for a lifetime".. chinese proverb.
We need to lead/guide them to the information, and make them do some of the work!!!
I try to be as helpful as possible to these younger players.. by guiding them, and leading them.. I just don't think its a good idea to do it for them.

Dean,
I agree with you but..... some young sax players >16 years old have a hard time figuring out the music they want to play. I remember being 8 years old with my Bundy Alto wanting to play along with Chuck Rio. My dad being a very sucessful muscian telling me to figure it out. It discouraged me. Maybe since I took the midi you told him about and made sheet music out of it. Then I sent him both the sheet music and midi. I hope that will inspire him. That was my good deed for the day. Take care Dean. By the way, would your last name be Wise? Like Dean Wise that played with Delbert McClinton? Just curious(your pic kinda looks like him). That guy is one of my fav Sax players.

Hey Rob...
Dean Wise?? No man that's not me, sorry.
BTW.. we are cool.. just two different approaches trying to achieve the same thing... both with good intentions.
So now.. next step.. lets teach Yamaha how to do exactly what you did.. and next time, he will be able to maybe accomplish it on his own...

I happen to enjoy the performance of this that they did on the Hollywood Bowl album. Chris Vadala, Grant Geisman, James Bradley Jr? Not a lot of people realize that Chuck had the trumpet chair with Art Blakey for a spell as well. sure, his music could be kind of "yachty" to many. But, I prefer this to "hot tub" jazz anyday. However, on either side of the coin, this tune and the spat of "hot tub hits" that followed in the 80's and 90's have kept some interest and discovered interest in some GREAT players.
I worked in a record store when "Songbird" hit the charts and boy did it bug me at first. However, there was a percentage of the shoppers who just needed to be steered into "Kind of Blue" and they knew what was really up; they were hooked.
Oh, and I think there's a chart in the 2nd Real Book.

Okay, since we're hijacking this one, my favorite Mangione work - - though not far ahead of "Children of Sanchez" - - is the live "Land of Make Believe" recording
Vocalist Esther Satterfield became immortal in my book with her work on this in 1973; kudos to the Chuckster for giving her space, though he badly chunks a note towards the end of the title cut.
