Legere reeds - return/exchange

Has anyone here done a return or exchange on Legere reeds? How long did it take? I know they're in Canada but it's been over a month since I sent them mine. I did include the $3/reed processing fee.

I'd love to exchange my #2 Studio Cut for a # 2.75 Studio cut but by the time I've paid postage and a processing fee it's just not worth the effort... :(

Legere wouldn't refund me for a Cl. reed that is a piece of junk. Also they seem rude and were unresponsive to my Emails.
