How do I know what it is HP or LP, Soprano hors concours 28 silver. (1928 ?)

That's the only info the owner can tell. The sax is not engraved lp or hp

most European HP won't be specially marked as such, the best way is to check the length of the horn and compare it to a number of LP sopranos...a HP has to be considerably shorter
