Ok, so I was looking on ebay last night and I saw what I thought was an Otto Link, metal for a steal. It ended up being a Link "style" mouthpice for @ 25 bucks. It's Asian made, and built in the same style, dimensions, etc. and they are all over the site for around that same price-point. Knowing that 95% of the HORNS made today now come from Asia, the idea of this mouthpiece, from Asia, intrugued me.
I know you are expected to spend a load on a "named" mouthpiece but as is said; if it works, it works. The real pros from years ago definitely didn't spend a lot....
Anybody bought and used one? Share your opinions and or experiences?

I have a very cheap Chinese baritone mouthpiece which I use (along with an RPC and a Link Slant sig). It's very very good, very responsive and easy to play with a great sound. Different to the other two but in a good kind of way.

I actually have bought a couple of tenors from a seller named "musical-wheel" or something like that.
The first was a stainless steel for $28 that I just loved and teamed up so nicely with my YTS-21 (and a Legere studio-cut 2.5) that I included it with the horn when I sold it. The buyer liked it too.
I then went back and got a nickel-plated blem for the same price that's supposed to be a "6" (relative, I know.) This one hasn't matched up as well with any of my reeds and my new Jupiter 889SG yet, but I'll keep experimenting. I just ordered a couple of reeds to play around with from WWBW, so I'll see what happens.

Thanks for the input. Actually, yes, the seller I was looking at was "Musical Wheel." I guess I will give it a try!
