I am looking for 5 pieces arranged by Coleman Hawkins back in the 30's or 40's. I have two of them, but the series has 7. I have "As Time Goes By" and "When Day Is Done". The remaining pieces are "I Cover The Waterfront", "Embraceable You", "Night And Day", "The Man I Love" and "Body And Soul". He basically wrote out a piano part and a saxophone solo to each tune. Anybody out there have these? I'd like to buy them if you are looking to unload them.

Hawk is one of my favourite players and the first who got me into playing tenor. I've got quite a few transcriptions and a 1943 "Coleman Hawkins Warm up book for tenor saxophone".
If these arrangements were published in 30s & 40s does that mean that they are out of copyright now ?
If they are, then presumably they could be copied legitimately. I would love to see Body & Soul and The Man I Love.

If they were published in the UK they probably would be out of copyright, but the US has longer terms - 95 years I think.
