I use lip out. However it makes a better sound for me but a negative side effect is occurring. The corners of my mouth are leaking and plus on top of that, my sound is too "buzz" ing. It has too much buzzing in it. I'm pretty sure it is not the reed because all reeds I have tried and no change.

As opposed to the Classical "Lip-In" method, the lip out method has the lip outside. It isn't tucked between the reed and teeth. Just keep on practicing with the lip out technique and you'll soon get it. It takes time.

Hi!
I make the suggestion each time I see such a question as this on the forum that the person having embouchure problems go to my site and read the article that I have there on "Proper Embouchure Pressure" and I also recommend the book, now available on the site, by Santy Runyon, "Suggestions For WW Players". Very inexpensive for the info contained.
This will give you The proper perspective about your embouchure as well as other sax problems.
I am Charlie A. and my site is www.gigdust.com. Just click on the articles.
