I'd be interested in the difference between your prefered Tenor tip vs your alto tip.
.110 for tenor & .80 for alto
so my difference is .30 between the horns.
...I wish I knew my preferance when I first started tenor as I tried to pick a tenor mouthpiece with the same opening as my alto and wondered why the resistance level was so uncomfortable.

Same here 75 alto and 105 tenor for many years . In the past I used a high baffle on 80 alto.
On baritone I have always used 110 high baffle. On soprano I have always played a " classical" set up of a Cstar and hard reeds but I am endeavouring to get away from this and have a Lamberson 60 on back order.

I'm where you're at sinkdrain, and I also wish I had figured that out sooner!
For further comparison:
On bari I use .120 tips, soprano ~.070

Soprano = .050-.055.... Alto = .070-.075.... Tenor = .090-.095
.110-.115 feels about right to me on tenor, depending on the chamber. But for alto, I find I'm right in the .85 range--much smaller than .83 feels too small, but I have yet to find a good compromise in the .85-.90 range that plays as easily as most .110 tenor pieces seem to. Must be particular to alto...
I'm at 110 on tenor and 75 to 80 on alto depending on wheather I play a 6M Meyer or the HR Jody Jazz.

Alto: .085
Tenor/Bari: .110
Alto and tenor pieces are open chambered. On bari, I loosen up a lot and use a pretty steep baffle.

118 TO 120 ON TENOR; DEPENDS.
Right now...I'm using a 8DD Lamberson, one of the most exact mouthpieces ever made , and the tip is 120.
I also used a 7dd when I want to darken the concept. Or just use a darker reed.

alto, 95
tenor,116
baritone,110, but i could be more open on the bari i think.
