Where can I find a decent Grassi 2000 Professional Tenor? What is the price range?
Please advise.
Thank you in advance.

eBay. And you'll have to wait a while - they're very difficult to find. Expect to pay 1000-1500 for one at this point. They're much harder to find than the altos or even the sopranos.

The sopranos can still be bought at
http://www.bill-lewington.com/grassi.htm
that is in the UK. The prices seem to be good.
The Professional 2000 can be bought in Italy on e-bay Italy or
Mercatino Musicale (a specialized site for buying and selling musical instruments), you better write in Italian (use babelfish)

This one is in Switzerland

This one would be my choice at an Italian shop

Stupid Euros...getting all the good horns...you guys get the Grassi 2000s, the Buffet S3s, and the nicer B&S horns What do we get in the US? A bunch of Taiwanese horns with the Selmer name on them. ;)
