380K is a good serial number S20...you don't have to pay for pearls and you get (IMHO) the best LH spatula that King ever did. This horn would be a good buy at $2000, you could probably pay $2500 and get your money out of it. Worn ones needing some work can sometimes be had for as little as $1600-1700 in this serial number range, but you have to be patient. 330K-390K (approximately) seem to be the best values...still Cleveland horns with original design, but not as 'collectable' (i.e. high priced) as the earlier ones with the pearls. S20s before 305K play very similarly to Zephyrs of the same range, and aren't worth the bread if you are just looking for the play. 305K-330K seem to command much higher prices. I have had a few Kings through here...currently only have a couple tenor Zephyrs (one special) and an alto, all from the 290K range. Used to play Zephyr baris. S20s always seem to go when I need cash.

The pearls are found into the 340's--I've had several in that range with pearls.
