Hi, I'm playing alto sax for 6 years now, and I have a problem ... when I practice, I'm too stressed !! I want to be perfect ( I think i'm perfectionism ) Can you help me with tips that can relax me ! When I'm relax... I play well !!

Also, you might read effortless mastery by Kenny Werner. I found it useful.

I usually run up and down the C scale super fast to get relaxed; like your tapping your fingers on a table, for some reason I find it relaxing.
or you can clean your mouthpiece with paint thinner... :shock:
