Hi there!
I'm purchasing from eBay an 1970's (I guess so) B&S Soprano for a good price. I'm thinking now which mpc I'll play. I am an alto and clarinet player for years; on alto I play a meyer 6 on my conn 6m and on clarinet a Vandoren b40 on my selmer series 10.
I was thinking about a Selmer super session but I've got no idea about what opening. I'm looking a similar feeling to a Soloist D for alto, or something like this. Are the soprano mpc's letters similar to those alto letters, i mean in terms of resistance and so (you know, is alto's "D" equivalent to sopranos "D",etc.)?
What are your experiences in those field with those mouthpieces?
What would you do?
Thanks a lot for your help.
