Sorry that I'm not e-mailing this, but how's the condition?

It's cool man :) I should've been less scarce with the ad! The barrel is in virtually mint condition. I only played it in a few situations where the pit was actually warm (believe it!!), maybe two dates. Since then it has been sitting in my case as I have a 65mm that gets a lot more use. I believe it's rosewood with cocobolo rings. I have some rather crude cell phone pictures that seem to attest to this, just let me know your email if you want pics. Hope that helps :)

Is it designed for a Buffet R13.

I would say it isn't designed specifically for it, but it certainly would work on one. I have used my Backun barrels on my Leblanc Opus in rosewood and my grenadilla Buffet E&S (precursor to the R13) with good results on both.
