Big B alto neck

Are these necks any different from other 'Crat necks? Would a non Big B work well on a Big B?

I have a Big B and tried a later Aristocrat (Selmer made) neck on it and it fit just fine and seemed to play ok when compared to a tuner. It had the same intonation tendencies as the original neck.

Physically, the two horns appear identical, except for minor cosmetic differences (key guards, braces, etc.)

I don't know if the 200 series horns would work though...
