Borgani Soprano Sax

I have a vintage Borgani Soprano Sax Serial# 6097. Can anyone tell me in what year this was mfg. or how to find out. It has Borgani engraved just above the bell.

You'll be lucky! Even Borgani don't have those records ... and the serial numbers are all over the place.

I e-mailed them with photos and received the answer I did not want (but expected): a 1960s student model. It went.

In fact, unless your's is very recent, it will be a student model too, and they really are not too good.
