Selmer Reference ALTO

Can anyone please tell me whether the Selmer Reference has actually been released. I keep getting conflicting stories. Selmer Paris say it will not be released for another few months. Yet on the internet there are several French and German shops selling it!!! My sax lecturer reckons he has played one, but he said it was silver, and i thought the reference was only going to be in the one colour. Does anyone know whether there are really any around to buy.

It's been released and one of our local dealers actually had one for three days before it was purchased. They ordered it early not expecting it for a long time and it just showed up. I wish I would have at least gotten the chance to play it.

K9, it is released in this order: Europe, Japan, USA.
It has already been released in limited quantities in Europe and will be released in Japan in 2 weeks.
I play tested a demo horn last Saturday.

I just bought one from Matthews music in Holland. I really does play like a perfect Mark VI except the price is lower then a good Mark VI
