Mine have always come intact, except for one RJS that was only half there.

I've never had any problems with ordering reeds, I've always ordered from Prowinds

WWBW sent a box of the wrong size reeds once. They said "Keep it, we'll send a box of what you ordered." I did, and they did.:)
