I've been having hand muscle problems for a couple of years now. Mostly achy thumbs and some tendon /elbow problems. I bought this HGH (Human growth hormone) Dopa 400 suppliment and my hands are alot better in just days. My concern is what other effects it might have on my body. I'm doing a low dossage (3 caps of 400 Mgs of Mucuna Pruriens extract) but concerned anyway. Thanks for any info. K

I'm not a doctor, but I DID stay in a Holiday Inn Express this week.
Where did you get the HGH? Was it prescribed or bought from an ephedra/steroid distributor? I'm curious to know what prompted you to choose to take HGH for this problem.
HGH (and many steroids) can have disastrous longterm effects if not managed by a medical doctor who is trained in the administration of the drugs and managing their side effects. Longterm use of both of these subtances can result in irreversible heart, kidney and liver damage, brain and testicular cancer, and distortion of facial (and other ) features.
Ever notice that the grossly-muscular body builders have lantern jaws, broad noses and foreheads and sunken temples? It's from the longterm use and abuse of steroids and HGH. Once you become aware of the outward signatures of these drugs, you'll be surprised how many people use these substances.
I'd be careful with that stuff.

HGH sure is amazing stuff. You would be surprised on what it can do for your lifestyle. I had arthritis and needed some extra movement. HGH supplements were the best chose I've ever did for my case. I feel so good now with more flexibility and that was just over a little amount of time. I found a good customer review site where you can add your review of the hgh supplements (http://www.hghlevel.com). Very good for a beginner.
I'm glad you feel real good after just a week of taking it. It's great to hear someone else felt the effects.

Check out this stuff called Ligaplex. It gets great reviews by knowledgable people. $25 a bottle from Amazon. There are two versions.

Can you explain what you mean by knowledgable people? That just sounds like marketing hype from a company promoting a new drug and its being endorsed by Dr Whoever, a Doctor of Not Medicine.

Folks my wife(Acupuncurist) looks to for advice. I don't know your feelings on acupuncture and the areas associated with the practice, so you may interpret this as a Doctor of Not Medicine. :)
Search this cat: Matt Callison. He's the guy who recommend it.

I am just asking what you mean by knowlegable people. What are their credentials?
Acupuncurist's I have gone to as well as chirotractors and osteopaths, Reiki and a range of doctors. I find all have a bias and blindspot defined by their training as well as something real to contribute. I have an open mind concering medicine and have traveled some of the road that Keith is on, trying to find a solution withen preventive medicine, while the medicial system is geared toward fixing something broken.

Better yet, google "Mucuna Pruriens."
You can find it much cheaper than the link provided above.

I've used CHRYSALIS HGH for almost a year now. It is 100% legal and its efficacy and safety seem well supported by thousands if not more happy customers over many years. I researched a lot of brands and the Chrysalis product from Stephen Heuer is very popular with people who know and understand the subject.
Anyone in their mid 40's on up may want to research this product.
as to acupuncture-great stuff. I first went to Dr. Wu in Chinatown in San Francisco in the 70's, felt like something out of a movie. I had a skin rash on a foot and had gone to the western doctors. They said they didn't know what it was but recommend I start taking massive cortisone injections. Dr. Wu cured it in 3 deeply relaxing treatments and it never came back. It was like $5 a visit. Cured my friends pinched nerve when the docs were telling him to buy a wheelchair in ONE treatment. By then it was a whopping $8 a visit. It works...

I am not a doctor, but I have some familiarity with this subject:
Human growth hormone is a peptide that is digested by the stomach acids. Orally administered, it has no bioavailability. It does not enter the bloodstream.
Over-the-counter oral HGH compounds are a fraud. The real stuff is injected, expensive, and should only be taken under the supervision of a licensed physician. Growth factors are not something to mess around with.

Read "Bad Science" by Dr Ben Goldacre. Says it all.
