I play Gonzalez reeds on all my saxes and clarinet. In the past I have usually ordered from - 1 Stop Clarinet Shop or woodwind-brasswind. Occasionally if I wanted something specific or needed it quick I would order from Davie Cane who was the United States supplier until sometime this past year.

Does anyone know what happened to Davie Cane or who is the new US distributor besides Conn-Selmer?

I'd like to find a distributor because I could sometimes get reeds that were a little more aged through Davie Cane. Also, I'm looking to try alto clarinet reeds on alto sax. No one seems to carry alto clarinet Gonzalez reeds.

Any comments, ideas, or info to pass along?

I am sure this is a big deal to the double reed players, since Gonzalez is one of the top companies that is/was selling tube cane.

Your message, a little uncalled for?
