Hi guys.

I've done a search on the internet and on music123.com on curved soprano saxophones. I have no idea but these curved soprano saxes attract me more than their straight counterparts.

I found a brand called "Vienna" in music123.com . Anyone has got any views on these horns ? Its relatively cheaper compared to other curved ones. Eg. Yanis.

I don't mind getting other brands as long as it can play well, play in tune and is not flimsy in framework.

ps: anyone with Vienna horns pls let me know.

vincent

I would want one of these to play the Mozart Saxophone Concerto. Oh wait...

They look like standard Chinese issue, probably PRC, and, if they are, are immediately suspect until proven otherwise. Really want a curvy? Think Japan.

Whether or not these are 'made' by Woodwind depends on how you define made. Woodwind does not operate manufacturing facilities, but they did order them, causing them to be made.
