I would say Lily Was Here is really easy to pick up by ear. There's not much to the tune.

I have a question regarding the selling of transcribed music, can they be sell? I mean, I think you need the permission for copyright purpose, right?

I hate to say this but,
I think if you do a search on Sotw you'll find a link to a free transcription in jpeg form. I downloaded it. Can't upload it, but it's out there.
