I 've bought on ebay a Beaugnier special perfact alto. It's a good sax with a very nice sound and an easy keyworks (it' from 50's). I took off all the keyworks, kleened it all and put some graese on the original pads, It's now a very good player !
See it all renew !

Wow, the only other one just like mine I've seen. I'm almost inspired now to polish mine and keep it. Does this one have the original red pads? Man, I know EXACTLY what that horn sounds like with that Morgan 5M on there! Too bad most will folks will never know how sweet and great these horns are--it's like a cross between my '37 Conn 6M and '53 Selmer SBA altos. Think about that combo for a minute!
