Noblet serial number and age

Hi,
Can anyone tell me the age and approximate original price of these CLARINETS or where to look:
1. a Noblet (France) serial 6139D? CORRECTION on initial number provided
2. a Selmer Signet 100 (USA) serial 205619
3. a Noblet (France) serial A87162 (Date claimed 1980)

There was a fire years ago and the Noblet numbers from before WWII are not available. I have been trying to get this information for years.
Try Leblanc for the newer stuff.
