His own albums consist of:

The Other Side Of The Story
The Traveler
Other Places
Everybody's Business
Brandon Fields (Self-titled)
A Coffeehouse Christmas
Fields and Strings

and he did one import, Kiss Lonely Goodbye (pretty much a Stevie Wonder tribute)

Other notable albums you'll see him on:

Los Lobotomys (http://www.amazon.com/Los-Lobotomys/dp/B000244F0K) - he really set a new standard for playing "Little Wing" for me on this.
Dave Weckl's "Transition" and "Synergy" albums.
He was also on the Rippington's first three albums, "Moonlighting", "Kilimanjaro", and "Tourist In Paradise."

I suppose it depends on what you're looking for... if you want more smooth jazz kind of stuff, the Rippingtons albums are a good place to start.
If you want something representative of how he plays straight ahead, I'd check out "Fields and Strings"
If you want heavy on the technical fusion stuff, I'd check out the Dave Weckl albums.
For something a little more hard hitting rock, I'd probably look at the "Los Lobotomys" album.
I'm a big fan of his "Other Places" and "Everybody's Business" albums.
Personally, I hated his self-titled album.

Unfortunately, my absolute favorite recordings of his is on a live bootleg that someone recorded back in '87. It has some absolutely stunning playing on there... :)

He has done a lot, but I found some altissimo playing at some Eros Ramazzotti album, an Italian singer, that kept me wondering who could it be that maestro.

Well... Mr. Fields.
