Hey there, i'm a high school student who purchased a YAS-875b this year and am loving it. The case it came with was very nice, but just not practical to carry around with a hockey bag and backpack...i was thinking of investing in a new case for it (something with shoulder straps). I really want a case to protect this sax well because it is well over 5000 cdn and I have been babying it up until now. I figured getting a soft cheap gig bag would be the worst mistake. I am however a little confused on which style or make to go for. I heard gig bags are soft and hard cases are the way to go. Do you have any specific reccomendations? There is such a variance in style and price. I would like one that is "shaped" like the sax. I've checked the woodwind and brasswind site for ideas but there are just too many to choose from. Any suggestions and reccomendations would be SOOOO helpful. Unfortunetly here in Winnipeg they don't stock a wide selection and they will not order anything i want in unless i put a deposit down....it seems silly if i'm trying to figure out what case i need, i'll have 10 deposits.....anyways any help would be great

Hiscox are excellent cases as are Walt Johnson and Berkeley of London-I use all three for different horns, travel a lot and have never had any damage to horns in transit.
